There are many in-and-out transport vehicles within the power plant, coal yard, dump area and other units every day, for which the procedures such as parking, registration and weighing are required. If the operators input the data into the computer manually, it will waste a lot of time and cause many errors and human cheatings usually, a huge economic loss may occur to the enterprise.
The intelligent weighing system has integrated the microwave radio frequency identification technology, electronic automobile scale technology, communication technology, automatic control technology, database technology and computer network technology.
It automatically records the number, weight and time information of in-and-out vehicles that tagged with an electronic tag, inputs the information into the database of the host computer, gets rid of the human errors effectively, prevents the weighing jam, cheating and other unfavorable cases, ensures the accuracy of the data collection and reduces economic loss.
The system includes the reading and writing device, antenna, tag card (electronic vehicle plate), electronic automobile balance, host computer, signal lamp (red and green), automatic rail switch, ground-sensing coil, infrared instrument and auxiliary management software.
When green signal lights, the vehicle to be weighed enters the lane, and then the red signal lamp turns on to prohibit the entrance of next vehicle into the lane.
The vehicle passes the entrance-sensing coil 1 that generates inductive signals, and the reading and writing device uploads the card information to the database of the host computer after reading the card and calls out the vehicle information at the same time.
The vehicle drives onto the balance for weighing, and the screen displays the weight information and snaps the image information at the same time.
After the weighing, the vehicle goes off the balance and passes the ground-sensing coil 2, and then the lever rises up.
After the vehicle pass the lever puts down, then the green signal lamp turns on, the next vehicle is allowed for entrance. (According to the actual situation, another flow is also available: the lever rises up after vehicle number information identified then the vehicle drives onto the balance for weighing and the lever prevents the next vehicle from driving onto the balance) (See the chart in above)
It is suitable for the application under various extremely terrible environments such as wind, snow, and rain and moist.
The data within a tag is specially encoded, and the electronic tags (electronic vehicle plate) cannot be faked or copied, completely eliminate the copy, fakery or cheating.
The vehicle tag adopts a passive technology with long service life and no maintenance required;
High-speed data collection enables the rapid weighing, improves the efficiency of the weighing and gets rid of the phenomenon of queue-up for weighing;
Human operation errors avoided. Due to the adoption of automatic data reading, all vehicles to be weighed will be recorded by the computer automatically so as to prevent human interference, record the data and discharge the vehicle automatically.
Dynamic long distance identification, with over-seven-meter identification distance and speed of up to 60km/h is allowed.
